shaleiroseBut the problem is those other characters are a bigger financial risk to devote time and resources to for solo movies. I would love a Cyclops film and an Iceman film and a Storm film and all of the other characters as well, but they're not as sure of a bet as a Wolverine film is.
Plus, out of all of the X-Men, Wolverine is the who functions the best as a solo character.
cant know for sure until this film comes out and fans gravitate to certain characters.. then marvel can make the assessment as to who on the team other than logan is a sure bet. but all signs ive seen point to them actively considering solos for more members than just him. or they can do another “wolverine & x” to pair him with some equally viable

And a solo movie would focus on the solo adventures. Just because you’re introduced as part of a team doesn’t mean you have to only make appearances with the team
