tbh i always thought his stories wouldn't translate well to the screen, they need to be slow thoughtfully paced films and that's just not the mcu

i liked the casting personally, but the movie itself is just kinda dumb, and they needed to rush out a mid-point tentpole character to fill the gaps between endgame and the reboot, so they never really had a chance.
