ANTII would argue it very much is when we’re talking about the exact same relationship and no one had or has a problem with it then.
If you want to have the discussion that Sadie doesn’t look like she’s 24 (especially as presented in BND) and that may lead to a potential problem if Starkey is cast, I’m willing to have it and would probably agree.
But otherwise, I’m not going to automatically disqualify anyone over their age so long as it’s kept within a decade. Sadie is well into her 20’s, it isn’t a gray area.

Inde and Cailee are the best actresses in the game rn. Even better than Zendaya, Jenna Ortega, Anya, Mia, Millie Bobby whoever. Feige should consider himself blessed to have convinced them to take this risk. Both of them don't need the MCU but I can see how it would be hard to turn down. I mean s*** Cailee's resume so far alone is pretty hard. I bet those checks will be nice too so I don't blame either
