    I mean no harm but Ironman only became an A Lister cause of RDJ and them being desperate that boy Cyclops will always be a famous name but if anything it'll be Jean as the lead given her being the most famous person cast so far and likely she'll be our lead X Men for the franchise run.

    Cyclops I don't think will ever get to be the guy like he is in the comics

    fair point but was chris evans ever rly "that guy" before the juggernaut his captain america became

    alongside sink, whoevers chosen gets bumped into the stratosphere and together they're a power couple duo that new gen fans especially will eat up

    Hot take but I’m good on race swapping characters based on how the companies leave the actors out to defend themselves.

    I wonder if with THE MUTANTS, this will just be a story of the team meeting each other, getting over people’s discrimination of mutants and X realising he should help them and give them somewhere to live/learn and eventually making them a team

    This mindset is just letting racists win. “Let’s not give POC actors roles because racists are racist towards them online”

    Studios are perfectly fine hiring only white people, they most likely prefer it. Instead of holding the racists online accountable we’re blaming the studios that cast them. Easy fix for studios, “let’s just go back to hiring all whites”

    Scooby Doo casting comments are filled with “at least there’s no Asian Velma or Black Shaggy” or “yes all white” comments and they getting hundreds of likes

  • Yeah studios were most likely race swapping to seem progressive or for the attention it brought but trust me no one’s happier than them to see online reactions are shifting towards hiring whites again
