Don’t know if he’s comic canon but I’ve wanted to see him show up in the movies since this show was on 20 years ago
nah I think he's just a show creation similar to Harley Quinn in Batman the animated series. would love that too tbh
Are people mad that it’s not called X-Men?
yeah, like f***ing everything, they think its a woke thing and they're doing it to include the women
when its probably just an origin of the team and they arent the X MEN yet
The font for that title is giving me hope...OG Uncanny X-Men costumes?
i'd like that or when give them these kinda suits
i know x men dark phoenix already tried to do this but it didn't work right. like everything in that movie lmao

Honestly if it was coming from a place of being an “SJW” that make it even harder
I don’t understand this notion that making things more relatable and universal is stupid. Like obviously this is just the title of a movie but by removing these masculine norms we can start to create a more diverse and accepting society

These were cool suits, it was like Marvel getting their hands on the 2000s film costumes and breathing more life into them. Beast looked weird af tho
imagine bein part of the s***ty x-men apocalypse/dark phoenix movies just for a better reboot to get announced 2 years later

Lotta good actors wasted on that s***e

think they tried the Morrison influence enough throughout that universe tho with all the leather and everything
hope they embrace everyones classic costumes. really think they can nail the look of everyone having their own colorful and personal costume and it still work

definitely, and actually since they're probably going to wanna differentiate this from the past x mens as much as possible, i can see them all getting the unique costumes, wolverine getting the yellow etc.
yeah i know, i agree with you
Like people turning up about the mr potato head thing like who cares man
People just hate change and want to hold onto these nostalgic things and they don’t even realize they’re based in misogyny
This idea that Barbie has to be with Ken or the knight in shining armor has to save the damsel in distress. All these little things play into how we perceive the world and others
It’s like I remember when I was still working at McDonald’s (first job when I was like 16-17) they were just starting to do away with “would you like a girl toy or boy toy” and we started saying “would you like a hot wheels car or my little pony” giving customers and mainly the children a right to choose
im having trouble thinking who would be a great Cyclops tbh
Henry Cavill
(unlikely)

I want a Cyclops thats early 20's looking in age though.
Similar to Dylan O'brian but not him
Oh I was thinking an older X-Men Blue team led by Cyclops and then a younger team for some leadership dynamics.
But that might be a little too much like Cap America

ok I see what you mean. hmm it depends on the MCU's plans with the X-men.
I really hope they dont try and tackle the X-men vs. Avengers story line. never liked it.
They need to give them their unique costumes. That's just something that has always been apart of the X-Men and how they embraced and celebrated just how weird/sci-fi X-Men is. Lose the edge man. Give Wolverine his yellow/blue or brown/gold suits. Give Cyclops his goofy cuffed boots. Let Storm wear he mad elegant white or black suits and give her the long ass white hair.
The X-Men were some of the most iconic superheroes in comics and part of what made them so recognizable was not just their powers, but their costumes. It's a shame to see that go missing for close to twenty years in the movies, and at times even the comics.

A vs X was awful
I hope everyone in the X-Men keeps their accents too like Storm, Rogue, Gambit and Nightcrawler. It made it more unique seeing how half the Avengers are from NYC
