Now, I will say that after I turned in Episode 3, he read it and emailed me some quick praise, he was happy, happy, and then I got 15 pages of single-spaced notes. And I was like, 'Oh f***, I'm fired.' And then you start reading the notes and they were both macro, micro, and minutiae. And it made it better, man.
Of course, those 15 pages of single-spaced notes aren't entirely Feige's doing. They're the combined notes of The Parliament, a group of high-level Marvel Studios executives who offer their thoughts on everything from scripts and casting to costumes and visual effects.
Sound real creative commitee-like

Marvel used to have an actual creative committee which was absolutely disastrous. The current team doesn't seem like complete control freaks.
Here's some examples
Jon Favreau (He was unhappy with the result of Iron Man 2 that he refused to directed Iron Man 3)
James Gunn (He didn't get along with Committee and he reveal the reason of why Ronan was messy because Committee were given way too many input on villain and they wanted to nixed songs for no reason and he even called them “They were a group of comic-book writers and toy people”)
Joss Whedon (He left Marvel after AOU due of dealing with Committee which cause him to have a burnout from making the film and he fought of keeping Barton Family Barn scenes when Committee wanted to cut the scenes out and he did but Committee told him that they wanted AOU to have a Thor Subplot that set up the event of Ragnarok)
Edgar Wright (He left Ant-Man because Committee got too much control of the film and he felt it wasn't his film at all and he couldn't stand at them messing around with his story.)
Kevin Feige (After what happened with Age of Ultron and Ant-Man, he went to Disney that he doesn't want to deal with Committee anymore as they become control freaks to MCU and he want to report to Disney from now on. I heard he allegedly didn't get along with Joe Quesada)
