Yeah, the MCU is in 2023 and if BP2 was set even further away in time you wouldn't get some of the characters for the big team up movies I think

Besides the Chadwick mourning, I heard some rumors of this being a difficult shoot/production period. Hope the movie turns out well. Very difficult story to tell imo
