The problem is she doesn't feel "human". She comes off so detached and alien to the world around her...yet she's a human being and not somebody like the Terminator.

This is on the directing cause she can clearly act if you've seen her work outside the MCU.

She's like natalie portman imo if the director doesn't know what they're doing they usually give pretty bland performances
