infinity war was cool too but kind of felt like action figure playtime.
episode 1 had some cheap looking parts but kingpin diner scene and bullseye intro were all time classic moments
episode 2 reminded me of daredevil movie directors cut with the lawyer stuff , i liked it more than first episode... that ending is crazy..

mjpplusThat, to me, was a great first episode. The first 15 minutes are an exciting reintroduction into the world we lost 6 years ago. But instead of keeping the status quo, they demolish almost everything we thought we knew this show was going to be. That is something I kind of admire, but as the show goes on they cannot forget the roots.
I am very interested in seeing where Matt and Fisk's journeys go from here. Such a radical reset allows new dynamics to blossom and we see a little bit of that here with old and new characters.
Going to wait and watch episode 2 tomorrow, but as someone who absolutely thinks that the original show is one of the best pieces of superhero film or television ever made, this is starting out as a satisfying follow up.

They did not lmao this show is LITERALLY what we all thought it was gonna be about lol. Everything was either announced before/shown in the trailers or super predictable

he has adamantium (same stuff wolverine’s claws are made of ) in his spine and it basically makes it harder for him to kill lol

But adamantium didn't exist in the mcu until the new captain america movie?
Mar 5, 2025for it being disneyfied, its not bad. I can tell already it won't reach the first seasons from Netflix but im pleasantly surprised.
