Kinda just feel whatever about it tbh. Miles in the first game was exciting, and while his game is okay, Spider-Man 2 doesn’t really make good use of Miles at all. It’s hard to be really excited about Silk when our protagonists aren’t really balanced right now

With the way this ended, dealing with Gobiln, Ock, & Carnage, I cannot see how Miles gets his own story at all let alone Silk

Miles carried despite the focus being on Peter. Plus his arc with Li was way more compelling than the Peter/Venom conflict imo

If anything, I feel like they didn’t handle Peter all that well. He was constantly getting battered and acting pretty defeated and helpless.

Miles’s dialogue with Li in the negative zone trying to help Peter is great, and one of the best scenes in the series so far# . But the majority before that point? Miles isn’t doing anything remotely interesting or contributing really. Even with his arc with Li before that is kinda flat feeling considering we had a game with Miles as the main protagonist, and Li isn’t even mentioned in that. Why is he on a revenge kick now? As well as all his friends saying !#He’s not good enough and he’s a failure to his friends/family in the Negative Zone when these fears and doubts are things he grew from in his game? It doesn’t make sense.

Combined with the fact that most of the story are Peter missions, Miles more so just sits on the bench in 2. The only other thing that Miles did that put his character forward was asking Haley out on a date
