Real devs like SSM, Naughty Dog, and Rockstar puts belt to ass to their employees and the games are better for it

I don't think they're that valuable to Sony. What reason does Sony have to invest much focus on first party exclusives if a consumer isn't going to base choosing their product or their main competitor's product on the exclusives? People aren't choosing their console because of Halo/Gears/Forza or Uncharted/God of War/Gran Turismo anymore. The average gamer went from Xbox 360 -> PS4 -> PS5 and Sony knows this, they haven't needed to do much convincing with exclusives this gen
Xbox exclusives fell off in the Xbone gen tho, way before the Activision deal. Look at the list of exclusives for Xbone - Microsoft failed abysmally with exclusives that gen, never recovered, Sony now have no competition and barely any reason to focus on exclusives

The gameplay, the map, the side content make this far better. I'm really enjoying playing thisNot sure how they can even improve traversal from here. This already feels pretty much perfect and not sure what they could introduce now that they've already done web wings

That was the “improvement” lmao. MJ sections should have been removed altogether, but the devs are spiteful toward players so they doubled down instead.
Also, they could have given us better, more engaging side content but they gave us the same exact mediocre side content in a different flavor. The world looks beautiful but somehow feels more lifeless than SM1. Random events feel repetitive and boring. Citizens don’t even acts and talk like real New Yorkers. No immersion whatsoever. No venom mode either because no fun allowed lmao. There are so many things they could have improved but instead they dedicated more time and resources into forcing us to do something we hated in the first game
They saw the negative reception to her sections in the first game and just copy pasted TLOU into their game to fix it, I'm dine
