Mark Moschinowhen i was 5 or 6 i saw matrix for the first time and begged my mom for a leather trench coat for christmas, she actually got me an adult's size leather duster that year and i've had that coat for 21 years and it just now fits me. how's that for serendipity?

When bane said “ the movie had nothing to do with mental health “ or grave Randolph said “ movie theme is avoid therapist your pills and suicide imagery at end irresponsible “
I was like they genuinely don’t get it
And it’s not pretentious to say that it’s simply true. Argue the execution all day but to deny the message is there is bonkers
yeah the craziest part of this movie is how incensed people get. like ive never felt that much anger towards a movie. but yeah people took it waaaaaayyyyyyy ttttoooooo ffffaaaarrrrr first before anybody who was defending it actually said anything

BnBallinTooGreat movie tbh. Loved the idea that Neo was a game designer that created a game called "The Matrix" and he was f***ed mentally to the point where he believed it was all real and it was all in his head. It was well done.

Batman v Superman I was upset and clowned the movie some pointed out plot holes argued but those that loved it did word why well . Including saying they loved the subtext visuals action characters .
I really do compare resurrections rollout to bvs but this challenges the viewer fully where as much of bvs ripped from comic

i just don't understand how me asking them to leave the movie thread for a movie they didn't like or didn't plan on seeing, so that we could talk about it in peace, and then being replied to with "You f***in woke idiot loser you're such a shill you love this cashgrab don't you you gay loser" isn't just bullying?

yeah to me snyder is a master visual collagist of seminal comic book moments. Definitely not my favorite take but i get why people like him.
