Exactly a comic , book , game , animatrix ( rumored ) would help the movie a lot because they said they wrote a lot of backstory and scenes not used . Do I feel the best scenes were used that Lana executes best NO

All of cloud atlas emotions and action abs feels she or with Lilly help she executed well
Sense8 season 3 partially missed Lilly

Right but even if that teory is correct, Tetsuo n Youth aside from Mural and a couple others does not even compare to F&L and the Cool.
And Matrix 4 is no tetsuo and youth. Its more drogas light. “These are elememnts the industry uses so we are going to do our version as a f*** you with deeper meanings.” Literally drogas lite with lupe on mediocre trap beats. Its his worst album. This is the worst Matrix movie.

for better or worse this is Lana's vision through and through
I still think it's a cash grab from WB, but when watching it I feel like Lana at least has some passion for the story and tried unlike sequel/reboots like Force Awakens or Terminator: Dark Fate.

the problem its that its the same thing as jupiter ascending
it wants to be counter culture while still painting with the same brushes everyone else uses, which creates a movie that is tonally deaf
it feels almost hypocritical, it deconstructs and criticizes the industry but in the next minute it tries to mimic it
can't speak on Jupiter Ascending since I haven't seen but yeah that'a a fair criticism

No. Because this is where we differ: if I have to search for reasons to enjoy something, It means I dont truly enjoy it.
I love the deep parts of Lupes music, just not more than actual good sonics and songs I will actually play.
Tetsuo lacked replay value to me.
A better example of super depth and still enjoyable music outside of his first two, is Drogas Wave. Songs you can play over and iver cause they sound good, but also has incredible depth for fan theory .

This is a controversial take but it's very likely the case. Like the guy is using Lana's mental struggle as an excuse to not hate on the movie. It's fine if the movie helped her heal but let's not pretend that it's great because of it.
