honestly i watched some and i think being a little more animated in your delivery would help. dont be akademiks obv but energy is never bad. also do some vocal warmups before you go on because i can hear your voice and s*** getting tense when the gain is on broadcast quality. If you're looking to up production value get a new mic. the shure mv7 is a podcasting equivalent to the sm7b and will definitely sound better than the 58 youre working with. also keeping topics a little briefer man, i didn't take a deep dive but it seems like you give equal time to every topic, but it feels like you have more to say about some than others if that makes sense . just go with that have a main topic then 2 others you touch on but don't go too into. also angling your camera a little nicer? if youre stuck with a webcam on your laptop or whatever i get it but then consider standing or something because the angle you have it at is too extreme, i think thats why that guy was making bj jokes tbh. this ones nitpicking but keeping better posture in the chair makes you seem like a more confident presenter too it can help a lot. otherwise man as far as passion goes i want to go to your youtube channel and know in 2 clicks what your deal is but your thumbnails and some of your branding dont really make it clear. even just making a channel trailer where you say i like this this and this as clearly as possible would help. right now it seems like youre branding yourself as kind of a wise-man type figure but the problem is, is that you cant really sell yourself as that. people wont take it seriously if youre the one adding that to the conversation. the audience needs to organically come to see you as such and the only real way to do that is just state your case as plainly as possible and hopefully people with rock with you. as far as the mission statement goes dude just take that down. if you don't have anything to replace it with thats fine but that one just isn't working for you. also stop wearing essentially the same outfit in every video it boxes you in, step out with the fashion a little. this is just a personal thing too but you def don't need to wear merch in these videos either bro, keep it simple. youre selling content first, looks can come after. as far as your album cover goes. if the idea was meant to be about you imploding i didn't really get that and don't feel that the cover is successful. if otaku has nothing to do with it then why add it? see what i mean? if its unnecessary take it out cause dudes like me will focus on it

basically when i see your youtube channel i just dont really see enough of you, it feels like im seeing someone playing the game. and the problem with that is that the game has a titanium ceiling at a certain point, it does you no favors and you just get lost in all the noise of everyone else playing

a technique that can help is just to take an everyday task, like brushing your teeth or something and record yourself doing it. explain step by step how to brush your teeth as clearly and like its one of your videos. film yourself doing that and then watch back and give yourself note. like oh the listener couldn't quite understand that word in the video or oh i missed a step. do it enough times and trust em the camera will not be an issue
