I don’t do number reviews for this exact reason because I can’t name a 1-5 movie I watch so really I want to say 8 but you gonna say “ 8 too high “ there is no f***ing winning …
I can’t name a blockbuster or movie I don’t stop watching that is 1-5 so really I would say 8 but my 8 and your 8 or 7 are two majorly different things but this is what happens when you rate things with numbers or binary
also wanted to say that reviewing a film with a number value is naive

I'll say it again, the first Matrix film should have just been a standalone film, the sequels just overcomplicate the story
Those are my thoughts too, they felt the need to expand on it without having actual material to show. Hollywood once again ruins a beloved franchise

it’s literally people just getting mad that something wasn’t the way theyd imagine it. even if the “execution” was perfect theyd all still be whining about how it’s too meta and that they ruined the trilogy even tho the only reason they liked it in the first place was “woah cool sword”
