My brain erased this basically . Just rewatched that part specifically
It’s funny because I really thought riddler knew at this part but riddler a dumb ass for no reason

Nah I did too I was like “damn how are they gonna write their way out of this one” then he started singing …

it was kind of all down hill from there to be honest . Riddler felt like a solid villain til this moment . Then the twitch stream . Flooding the poor and attempting to kill the progressive mayor when he was a poor orphan made no sense of any kind

He was creepy/ scary until that mask came off. Then he was just a goofy white boy singing Ave maria and streaming for his besties
Other than the car chase, what's everyone's favorite scene
walking into the iceberg lounge
"2 years of nights have turned me into nocturnal animal"

So dramatic lol
Damn how was this??
It was really cool. I hadn’t watched the movie since late last year in prep for this, I wanted it to be fresh. The orchestra killed it. Strings were powerful and the steel drum was something you motive when it’s being played live so close haha. They did remix the movie audio. I expected them to take out the score, but they also quieted the gun shots, the shotgun blast that’s loud as hell in theaters, was very quiet here. All for the orchestra to really shine.
The movie again I loved it. I really think the flood is brilliant. I said it last March and I think the same now: we are gonna the real Gotham in Penguin and Pt. 2. There’s that real wonder about what we’ll see and I can’t wait.
P.S. the car chase, the hallway, and the intro were euphoric with the full ensemble playing.

Mannn I wish they came to my city too. Would’ve loved to hear the music during the monologues live
This definitely went hard

The flood monologue was impactful with them playing. Gunn needs to make sure he has a good Superman score and then they need to double back with the concert. I’m seated if they do lol

Man of steel score was too crazy. Should've did something
Idiots on page 636 man. They hate the movie but can’t stop talking about it
Nobody hates the movie. It's ok
Best Gotham. Best Batman. Fire score. Best intro to the batmobile.
Part 2 can’t come soon enough.

Superman asked us our favorite scene and least favorite. No one hates this movie . Except maybe moneydragon
think I shared my thoughts in this thread already but it ends too many times. too sluggish of a film (length is a problem). saw it twice in theaters. even that second time something just felt hollow about the movie. I can't really explain it, but I just didn't feel much excitement from watching
tried re-watching at home but got bored after like 20 minutes. I think the idea of the film is better than what the actual product ended up being. I think of scene and how the film looks and get the feeling that I want to watch it, but never end up committing to it. I'm still going to be watching Part II and am excited for it tho
I think the super realistic Batman is just played out. I'd personally like to see Batman fight aliens or unrealistic things in the world like in the comics and the animated series. This is probably why I think I'm more excited for the DCU Batman coming
