    I just see it so often at the top of power rankings that I question whether it’s just because that’s the “right” answer or actual enjoyment, because often those same peoples most played ye album is something completely different lmao

    Its a objectively great album but don’t really enjoy it besides a few songs

    Its in the bottom half of my kanye ranking

    I'd agree, but no other artist has come close to MBDTF's grandeur and luxurious production. The amount of work put into that album was insane. The second closest would literally be WTT lmao.

    I agree, personally yeezus feels more “ambitious” in that it wasn’t made to be liked, it was made to be innovative

    true there are only 3 songs I don’t like on WTT, and it’s only because they sound dated ( the electro rap tracks and made in america)

  • My most played ye album is probably Grad or Tlop but i always put mbdtf first because I cannot deny the ambitious, grandiose and epic sound that Ye made with that album that has yet to be recreated or improved upon to this day. I could go for paragraphs on why its his best even though its not technically my most played of his but i think you get the idea.
