According to reports, Mr. West remarked during the interview: “Man, let me tell you about George Bush and oil money and Obama and no money. People want to say Obama can’t make these moves or he’s not executing. That’s because he ain’t got those connections. Black people don’t have the same level of connections as Jewish people. Black people don’t have the same connection as oil people.”
I think that’s still a few steps from what you’re reading of that line implies haha
Like an American neonazi thought is that jewish people entirely control the gov’t, hence don’t trust the gov’t telling u to get a vaccine.. that type of thing

I do think the long instrumental outro is meant to be god breathing (ie let the beat breath) so I think that was intentional. I remember seeing a lot of people think a feature or extra verse was missing.
