Just started. Meek is interesting bc in terms of the style he does, like bar heavy street talk, he’s really one of the last especially in the mainstream. So far it sounds like any one of his recent albums.

Idk I enjoy the songs that stick to his old s*** more than the ones he's trying to bite

wouldve been a solid album if he took the 4-5 durk tracks off

Intro deserved a better beat

Alright I just finished it, here's what I think

• Overall solid, not the best Meek album (DWMTM), not the worst (D&N)
• Too similar to Championships, which was a good album, but most of the progression here is just Baby/Durk type stuff
• I'm sick of the damn piano ballads and I can't wait for that s*** to stop being popular
• Best songs were at the end, Cold Hearted III is some of his best work. Loved the sample
• Sample driven tracks in general were the best ones
• Features list was kinda weak compared to his other albums. Definitely missing a Hov or Ross type track
• I think he'd sound good on rage beat type s*** for some reason, it matches the energy

Yeah I got the idea from this

The good thing to me about meek is at least he always has energy with his flows, which is a strong contrast to a lot going on now. That said, so far the production isn’t matching it.
