hey man relaxto me it just isnt a good way of mass communication, im not at all saying that removing twitter will rid the world of its issues
but improving it will certainly help to minimize some
what do you believe is a better alternative? i've personally seen so much good come out of twitter for years. especially at a time like this, where it seems invaluable

it's less of an advantage for Black women and more of a glaring example for how the system has oppressed Black men
That’s not what I’m saying. I’m saying the gap between black men and black women is wider than the gap between white men and whites women, Asian men and Asian women and so on and so forth .

A lot of boys I’ve seen compensate from lack of parental guidance & coming from broken homes by forming ties with men in their neighborhoods
Which is awful because those men are toxic & fuel that loneliness/need for companionship by doing bad s*** they were taught or seen in the streets
Black men fall in love with the street niggas & dealers because they get the most respect which gets mistaken/misrepresented for love

But it’s paramount that we acknowledge this when we fight for liberation
All of these structures need to be dismantled and we have to come to terms with our ability to enact change and not take these kinds statements to heart
Racism can’t be fully dismantled unless we’re also dismantling the capitalistic structure that’s apparent in this country.
We need black women in this fight and to do that we also have to attack the sexist oppression within our own community.
Black men don’t really hold the power to be “oppressors” but we’re silent partners by upholding capitalism which IMO is the main oppressive system in this country
