Maybe features and production residuals sure but you don’t pay an engineer based on percentages unless it’s a personal engineer. So is she trying to say that the money used to pay her engineers and features come out of her 40% instead of the whole pie?

That doesn’t even make much sense cuz the way it usually works is you don’t even get paid until the money makes 100% return on investment. So why would she be getting her 40% from the off the top revenue but then herself have to cover the production expenses?

This sounds like the shadiest deal of all time to put it simply.
