I been seeing people bringing up Tory's immigrant status and how he's been able to still travel around the country after this event took place. I'm not denying any of that. In fact, that's the reason why I don't understand how this isn't an open and shut case. Even if Meg actually instigated the s***, the fact remains is that Tory not only operated a vehicle while under the influence of something, he also had a gun and discharged it, and he's also not American, and I highly doubt he's gotta license to carry in California. Even if Meg started it there is no way in hell Tory realistically gets off scot-free without some sort of travel ban or deportation. The only way he'd be able to do all that is if the charges were dropped or they just threw the whole case out.

Which is the reason why I believe somebody, whether it was his label, Meg's label, or possibly the Jenner/Kardashians (as Kylie was involved the night of events) paid off the LAPD to get everything tossed out. It's LA after all. Celebrities have done much worse and have gotten away with just a slap on the wrist, and we know the LAPD isn't the most reputable police force. They been corrupt, and I wouldn't be surprised if they can get paid off.

Like we all agree that none of this makes sense. How does someone get shot, the shooter gets arrested, then somehow released and free to travel despite not being an American citizen? Then the person who is shot goes off living her life almost as if nothing happened? Did someone take the fall for Tory? Did Meg get her label to pay off the LAPD for the sake of Tory? Did Kylie use her Satanic Jenner-Kardashian power to get the whole thing thrown out?
