I been thinking about this the past couple years when his music has released.

Part of his appeal to me early in his career was his maturity and ability to talk about things that other rappers couldn’t/didn’t know how to and how smart beyond his years he was plus his ability to push boundaries. Now he’s just copying so many other younger rappers styles both sonically and lyrically. And recently he’s just showing himself to be toxic and immature based on his raps.

End of the day- I don’t care what he does, he’s a great success story and his music is enjoyable but his immaturity shines through so his music doesn’t hit for me like it used to

if a nigga is in the credits then they contributed, period. we will never know how big or small or good or bad a role they played in the creation of the song unless the artists themselves come out and say HEY THIS IS THE BAR I WROTE THIS IS THE FLAVOR I BROUGHT. which people have done in the past. otherwise it's completely pointless to speculate on.
