1. There are no reports saying no gun residue was found on Tory. Tory's lawyer said GSR was found on the other girl, but never said it wasn't found on Tory. Although Meg's Lawyer has said differently...

I guess we'll see once this gets to trial but what you said was not a fact.

2. What exactly does the bullet fragments going missing really mean? Because gun residue was found, you admitted it was on Kelsey, so a gun was clearly shot, right? And the medical report shows that gun fragments were retrieved from her feet. She also claims that she still has fragments that were too small to retrieve from her feet. Surely once the trial hits even if those fragments are missing, an X-Ray will be able to show us that those fragments are still there and they can tell if it's glass or shrapnel.
Personally I believe the fragments going missing is just another example of incompetence from our brave men and women in the police force. But we'll find out more once the trial hits.

Now you said Meg likely wasn't shot, so I'm going to assume you believe in the kicking the glass door thing.

Now considering the wounds go up the ankle even up to the lower calf, I'm not exactly sure how that would be glass unless you think Meg went and drop kicked a window. Pretty sure she was shot.

Mainly it indicates that the person sampled was either in the vicinity of a gun when it was fired, handled a gun after it was fired, or touched something that was around the gun when it was fired. (For example: When a person goes to the aid of a victim of a gunshot wound, some gunshot residue particles can transfer from the victim.)

GSR on Kelsey doesn't mean anything besides a gun was shot near her, which we already knew was the case since they were all together.

4. So earlier you said likely Meg wasn't shot according to the facts of the case, but now you're saying one of the facts of the case was eye witness testimony stating a gun was fired. So this "fact" actually contradicts what you initially wrote.

Regardless, eye witness testimony can be unreliable. Especially in this case where it's just a witness saying where the gun was closer to, since the witness hasn't testified who actually had the gun. Without knowing the positioning of all parties during the incident, and the angle of the witnesses POV, the gunfire being closer to Kelsey doesn't mean much yet.

TLDR These "facts of the case" do not show that she likely wasn't shot and we should wait til actual evidence from the trial is public.
