The hospital reported removing bullet fragments and shrapnel that was lodged in the back of her left heel

Yeah i understand that and thats the reasoning i saw people using in the beginning to explain why he wasnt arrested, but hospitals are mandated reporters and must report gunshot wounds to the cops regardless of how meg felt
I’m sure that’s how theY received supporting evidence against Tory by matching the firearm’s shell casings/bullets and the pieces of fragments that wax extracted from her flesh wounds.

I wonder if the prosecution was able to secure a statement from the witnesses later into the investigation via interrogation. Kelsey could have very well decided to provide her account at some point ..a statement of that magnitude would have tie up the other evidence used against Tory.. his firearm being discharged, bullets/casings match the fragments/shrapnel removed from Megan’s heel.. the ballistics would be able to determine who pulled the trigger.. squeezing the 2 other witnesses with 20+ years and SOMEBODY’s yapping. Actual witnesses would solidify the case enough for the DA to rack up all those charges.
Jackie Lacy (Black woman) is the current DA. The woman is a hard ass and when she and her prosecutorial team comes at you, they’re not going to be half stepping with weak evidence. Ms. Lacy has been at this for months and probably the highest profile case the da office has seen in decades w/one of the country’s hottest artist at the moment. Tory needs to be prepared.. they’re coming for that conviction. Cali’s gun laws are crazy. You shot one in the air and they’re trying to take you away.
