I think the weirdest thing I've seen is niggas saying "Biggie is rolling in his grave!" for Meg using the Who Shot Ya beat or that he wouldn't f*** with her. If Biggie were alive today he'd very likely love Meg and it's mostly because she can actually rap, she has a fun personality, respects the legends, and because her technique draws inspiration from Scarface much like himself.

I really need these dudes to just say they hate Meg and/or women and shut up instead of tryna use my legends to justify their hating ass sucker s***.

Album is horrible, but Meg can still rap and IS a better rapper than most of these dudes you guys listen to. Her team really dropped the bag with this. I'm anxiously waiting on Q-Tip to help her out.

Honestly I feel like she's gonna continue to drop mid projects because that's what's been getting her sales. I had low expectations for this album and it was exactly what I expected. A very whatever album with a few good songs with the rest being obvious stream/playlist bait. Nothing more, nothing less. Pretty much the same as most mainstream rap albums coming out these days.

Only thing I'm gonna care to hear from her is that Q-Tip album. At least with that there's a guarantee of variety sonically

lol what budget was less. The videos she has so far expensive af. The samples and features on the album too were costly. Her and her label really hyped her up too much and she did have hype it just ain't gon materialize to the sales they probably expecting

Well that's the thing, the budget went to aesthetics, critic reviews, music videos and not the music itself. Roc Nation probably was able to secure a decent price for the sample clearances (a waste since it's done so lazily)

If you're a female and you aren't atleast on par with Cardi B lyrically (best female rapper in the game in this current era no BAP) then chances are you just not up to snuff and Megan isn't in the echelon I can say that much
