Megan isn't lying either. This case is so much more complicated than everyone realises lol. Add in the fact Kelsey & Meg stopped being best friends that night & ask yourself why that is.

it was a love triangle with drink/drugs involved... it's not like they were all sober and able to be rational.

Supposedly Tory and Kelsey went to holding that night and Meg went to the hospital for her bullet wounds.

Why Kelsey would walk those texts back and say Tory didn't shoot Meg two days later when she seemed pretty adamant about it I don't know. I also don't know why Tory would say that Kelsey didn't shoot Meg, but then later try to spin a story that two jealous friends got into it over him leading to Meg getting shot.

End of the day, Meg got shot in the back of her foot/feet. That much is understood and basically confirmed as fact in her medical reports. There were bullet fragments found on the scene (but somehow lost by the officers...?) gun shot residue was found on Kelsey, the gun was found still hot meaning it had to of been recently fired.

Basically it comes down to either Kelsey or Tory are lying, and that's what the DA is gonna find out one way or another

I still think the case is gonna get resolved with them just saying there's not enough evidence to do anything.

It means the evidence can't be used in court I think, especially since she'd have to testify using it. Probably why she's come out with it in this interview since for some reason Kelsey hasn't been involved with court proceedings at all

the new hole in this story is the 3 hrs between the texting & shooting. Why weren't Meg's security informed instantly? Kelsey went with Meg to the hospital straight away

That's truly the most confusing part about this whole thing because witnesses say they saw shooting coming from inside the car, there was also GSR found inside the vehicle as well. Tory himself has said that Meg wasn't in the car when it happened in his own songs.

If all this is to be true...there's just no way that out of everyone in the car, Tory is the only one to not have any GSR on him. Not saying that he did the shooting, but it would literally be impossible for them to find nothing on him. The only way it would be possible is if he was not in the car when it happened.

Bruh drunk, high, or tripping imma remember someone getting shot or someone shooting a gun. That's not really something you just forget happening especially when you're right there when it happened

I just don't think this is defnitive proof at all, especially cause Kelsey coulda just been told by Meg that it was Tory instead of seeing it for herself.
