A federal judge has denied Megan TheeStallion’s request for a permanent injunction against Milagro Cooper, meaning Milagro is not legally barred from speaking about Megan moving forward.
The judge also raised major First Amendment concerns, ruling that Megan’s request amounted to unconstitutional prior restraint, meaning an attempt to block speech before it happens.
Despite the ruling allowing her to continue speaking, Milagro has made it clear she has no desire to address Megan moving forward, stating that her platform continues without her.
