They not supposed to be reversed like that common misconception. The longer it's been less likely it can be successfully reversed. If you really think you might want kids in future it's not a good option, you're taking a risk.

It can be done and can be attempted even if it's been several years. But it's certainly not intended to be birth control you can just reverse like that
