This is a good point, and a discussion to have. Many shut down this discussion with the 'victim blaming' argument. You're right, but as men what we can do it better ourselves. Women can't make men stop being rapists and s***pests, so they should absolutely be willing to throw hands. I tell women that they need to learn how to fight and be aggressive towards men. I am not victim blaming. I can work on being a better man. I can't make other men do that and neither can women.
