i love this post. yes taking your meds on time is very important in containing symptoms. some people try to say they dont need medicine, but many do need it.

but there's def something off with me, most def. have some case of ADD, depression and most def have an anxiety disorder for sure like 100% sure lmao

ive had really bad OCD for the past five years or so and its making me crazy. I literally spend thirty minutes a morning walking around my house checking light switches and closed doors andn if i dont check i get crazy anxiety wtf also i cant cut my hair because ill obsess over my hair being to uneven or long and ill keep cutting until im bald
