One of the my favorite rock albums. Everything felt so refined compared to Hybrid Theory. More hip-hop based samples and instrumentation. Better chorus melodies. Better vocal interplay between Chester’s higher voice and a much more charismatic and deeper toned Mike. Also moments of minor experimentation such as Breaking The Habit, Nobody’s Listening, and the 6/8 time signature of From The Inside.
