I love metro and maybe im misinterpreting what mysterious means, but an artist doesn't owe their fans accessibility to their life. Using social media is a neutral tool, some people like it and use that tool, but some people dont. I’d argue putting yourself out there to the degree some people do is not healthy. Also if an artist wants to take years to perfect a piece, instead of putting one out every other year, thats ok too. Not everyone creates the same, doesn't make someone mysterious.

The key is to keep your fans fed and everyone else guessing. A healthy medium between the extremes often discussed in this topic
