Nobody is saying the verse isn’t good, and I think most of the love is just for his verse isolated. Maybe if they spent more time trying to figure out how to fit it into the overall structure of the song, Metro woulda kept it on there but I just see why Metro felt that way and I agree

In the way metro said it, it sounds like drake realized he wasn’t going to be on it and kinda high school jocked him and had it leaked. Which it does sound cooler with drake on it, but he could’ve let them have their moment I think.. which he kinda did by letting it breathe a little.. they should’ve just worked something out and dropped a remix or had a deluxe so there was no bias opinion
