72 year old serial killer that may have killed an estimate of 30 women was caught by an off-duty police officer after his wife didn’t come home, only to find her murdered and dismembered upon breaking in Andres Mendoza’s house.

Said that he cannibalized a few, dismembered and preserved bodies, and videotaped all murders/aftermaths.
