A lil off lol Should’ve tanked this season
bro wtf are you talking about we don't even have our own 2022 pick
if Flores didnt f*** up the ATL and Jax games, we'd be 11-6 and in the playoffs rn
I’d love Pederson or Leftwich
Leftwich, Daboll, Harbaugh (i know ESPN said we're not after him but i don't believe that) ---- there's good options.
I want an offensive guy (like leftwich) so whoever it is can fix Tua. $70mill in cap, build around him. if he takes the leap, we're a playoff team next year

I don’t think Ross wants to pull Harbaugh from Michigan tbh.
Daboll makes a lot of sense considering his history with Tua, I 100 percent agree that we need to bring in a offensive minded HC and finally get the right pieces in place around Tua. But this tweet has me concerned tbh

https://twitter.com/mcclain_on_nfl/status/1480631436063428616they can't say they have a deal in place with a white HC bc it'd violate the rooney rule. they also can't come out and say "we're going for Harbaugh" bc if they did and missed out on him, it'd be a terrible look for Miami.
I'm not worried about that tweet - its clear that Grier just does what the coach wants; it was Flo who was the guy inside the org who pushed for Watson. he's had problems with Tua from the start. with him gone, i don't think we'll chase Watson.
especially with the way Ross said he's happy with Tua, i think they're gonna build around him bc even tho nobody is coming out and saying it out, highkey, the team picked Tua over Flo. Tua and Flo got into it after the Tenn game and Tua cursed him out apparently

I think it’s simply because Ross would rather have Harbaugh in Michigan in Miami tbh (we know which he cares for more)
I’m not gonna lie I still think Watson ends up here unfortunately. I really hope I’m wrong, I don’t think people realize how much worse this offense would’ve looked if it weren’t for Tua

Flores wasn’t the problem, it starts at the top and Tua needs a new start. Dolphins ain’t building around him and Tua stunk when Dolphins had a chance to get in lol

Flores was absolutely the problem. the 7 game losing streak was is fault; he blew the ATL and Jax games with his inability to manage the clock. that means we're 11-6 and in rn if not for him
last year against Buff and this year against Tenn in "win and you're in" games for the playoffs Flo's D gave up 50+ points to Buf and 34 to Tenn. Flo's overrated. he's good against Zach Wilson and Ian Book but chokes in the biggest moments.
this dumbfuck benched Tua against Baltimore bc Tua went around telling people he was healthy enough to play against Houston and Flo wouldn't let him. Flo thought he could win with Brissett, till Tua came off the bench and saved him and the season. the 7 game win streak doesnt happen without Tua, like ovocrew said he was the only reason the offense wasn't historically bad
Flo record without Tua: 10-17
Flo record with Tua: 14-8
Flo is ass, learn the game

the national media doesn’t pay attention to miami so ofc they don’t understand why this happened. re-read what i wrote and it’s obvious why this bald headed bozo needed to go

Lmfao
If Flores wasn’t the problem, then why did his staff members continue to leave for the same position elsewhere?
I don’t think Flores is a terrible coach and he probably will do better in his 2nd go as a HC but to say he’s not to blame for any of this is comical

i'm ok with him, especially bc of his relationship with tua. he's good but mike is my #1
mike mcdaniel comes off as a supergenius to me lmfao i REALLY want him

Same, I’m just glad they made it clear today they’re rolling with Tua
Daboll is ass. People giving him all the credit for Allen like he just magically fixed Allen’s accuracy smh hes just as bad as greg roman. Doug Peterson is ass too they only won that super bowl because of frank reich.
I think the most important thing in a HC is leadership qualities. I loved the Thomas Brown interview

Heavily disagree on this one bro lol daboll and Dorsey have done a phenomenal job with Allen
Say what you will about Daboll’s job being easier with a stud like Allen at QB (although I think daboll deserves a lot of credit for Allen’s development)
Having a PERFECT game on offense against this NE defense is f***ing impressive by Daboll

Yea they looked great today. I just don’t believe he was as influential in Allen’s development as people think and the lack of a run game scares me. I think there’s better options for HC
