Pat Riley made the same mistake he did when he gave the likes of Waiters, James Johnson and Olynyk big long contracts after they made the playoffs once. The heat were a way overachieving under dog and he doubled down and overpaid everyone instead of trying to improve/get better (Bradley replacing crowder is a huge downgrade)

For all Riley does well he always gets way too carried away in the moment and doesn't think big picture

I know we've had a bunch of players in and out (most importantly Jimmy - who btw lost 12 pounds in a week cause of Covid)...

...But this team's effort and focus is just not there right now, I don't know what's up but something gotta fix or moves need to be made
