Whole album is dead about trying to bag a girl at a Disco, falling in love at first sight and heartbreak. Michael starts the album at a disco dancing and meets a girl (Rock With You) and the next songs consist of him trying to get the girl to be with him and convincing her to be free (Working Day & Night - Girlfriend) and leave her significant other. She doesn’t and he deals with the heartbreak (She’s Out Of My Life - It’s the Falling in Love) and finally just accepts the situation and dances it off (Burn this Disco Out)
