T40 2nd disc is rare material from the time. Lots of things from Thriller leaked already, so I'd imagine they don't have much to choose from.

Still, getting 2-3 unreleased songs is a real treat.

Hopefully we can get 1 more unheard song

But recently a fair amount of information on MJs vault has come to light and it's not pretty. So to get even 2-3 unheard tracks in good condition is very impressive.

I think they're saving the bigger songs like Hot Street for a new album.

what's the new info about the vault?

Lots and lots of songs are incredibly unfinished. To the point where they could do an instrumental album, but nothing more.

Certain titles have scratch vocals at best, but it seems like MJs output post History was not as prolific as Bad.

It’s looking like Bad was MJs biggest output era, and then around Invincible and later it’s mostly instrumental with little vocal.

Apparently the instrumentals for MJs late work are absolutely amazing & contenders for his best ever melodies. Hopefully one day they are packaged up.
