Album wise I would say The Beatles take it. Abbey Road, Rubbersoul, Sgt Pepper, White Album and Revolver. MJ has Off The Wall, Thriller and Bad.

In terms of the best album from the two I think it’s impossible. Sgt Pepper changed music but MJ kind of perfected the genre with Thriller.

Both were absolutely huge in there peak in terms of population, The Beatles were first so it’s hard to see whose was bigger.

I guess MJ has the bigger demographic because his music is way more pop. Not everyone would enjoy The Beatles music but that’s not something I agree with. If you sat down and listened to The Beatles you would love it.

I would say The Beatles had a more complex and different range/styles than MJ. MJ stayed in his lane and perfected pop music where The Beatles went everywhere.

All in all neither can be compared.

I think the Beatles have actually sold more. MJ sold over 300 million and the Beatles just over 400 million. Those "1.6 billion" and "750 million" numbers are actually fake.

MJ is muhc more influential and his music has aged much better than the Beatles, but they are the most successful band of all time. I give it to MJ personally. FOr black people it's MJ, for all the stats and all it's the Beatles.
