He’s a disgusting piece of s*** but I think the book has a few lines of him being somewhat handsome or charismatic. Not sure if hes going to be as old or older than young Neil and Chris, but maybe a Shea Whigham or Jeffery Donovan come to mind. But really when reading I pictured this guy
