Yeah that is weird, and I won’t deny Michael was a weird person. But I think context is important. He seldom slept in the same bed as other kids, and if he did he’d always have one of their parents or one of his nephews with all of them in the room. People don’t seem to realize that his bedroom was the size of an apartment and he could have many people sleeping in there at one time. Because Michael would befriend entire families and shower them with gifts and attention. Like the Cascios for example.
