70billion still sounds crazy to me.. fuuck that's a lot of money
niggas worth more than the information honeypot & ad haven known as twitter
Fam im saying they are hypocrites cause they are saying "microsoft could raise console and game prices and this is bad!!!"
when sony literally invented the $70 game and just raised console prices internationally
I don’t understand why games being $70 is such an issue now. Games were $60 from 2005-2020, and with inflation and the cost of games being higher to produce now, they were bound to go up eventually.
Extremely illogical to ever assume that games were gonna be $60 forever.
Also, NBA 2K was the first major game to release at $70, other studios followed their lead
Nope
Last publisher Sony bought was Psygonsis in 1993 and there best game was a bugs life lol
This is way different, call of duty is one of the top selling franchises ever
This is bad for consumers, not just Sony lol. same with fallout and elder scrolls
This is what I’m saying.
All of Sony’s exclusives are made by Sony’s studios and have been exclusive to Sony since their inception.
That’s extremely different from buying the biggest game publisher in the world and making some of the biggest gaming franchises of all time exclusive to one console/service

Because almost all of these $70isd games, $80 here in canada are filled with mtx and are unfinished. Its rare for games to be like ragnarok

with the way games go on sale these days, i honestly haven’t felt the price increases tbh
makes me wonder how subscription models like day 1 game pass games are gonna affect the industry tho
$70 billion dafuq lol
Not that crazy when you consider candy crush alone makes 2 billion a year in micro transactions
I just want this deal to end one way or the other so that Sony and microsoft actually get hungry to create multiplayer shooters and games
I am hollering this was so strategic but so genius because to get the deal passed they need the general idea this won't ruin the market. Agreeing for 10 years with Sony and Nintendo plenty of time and in that time they can either accept gamepass on their systems, broker deals or develop their own shooters
im loving watching the strategies tbh
name everyone you have an agreement with so when sony say no the public is against them
he's getting ready for this tomorrow 😂

You are not in your right mind if you're playing call of duty on the switch
that s*** is gonna look so awful
