almost every open world game exclusive they made was mid but yea their best games are their third person games cus they are some of the best ever made i can admit it gets boring but when u throw in games like bloodborne, Spider-Man, persona 5 etc, it evens out. Not by a lot but enough to still warrant buying a ps4

In terms of whether or not these studios are being forced to make these games, I think they are all influenced by the last of us and naughty dog, for better or worse

If Elden Ring was exclusive that's a different thing but Sony buying From software would be a smart strategic likely non expensive buy
