If it's good quality cotton the weight doesnt really matter. If it's plastic or some kind of blend it could be a sweat lodge regardless...

Honestly lightweight but mid weight is good too. Anything but heavyweight imo.

Just run some hanes comfortsoft unless you making your own tees
