Artists need to have just a general rule that is relayed to security and the venue that if someone is acting noticeably obnoxious or if a person is trying to take attention (or heckle) away from the show then they need to be warned, moved to the way back or removed from the show

Would stop a lot of headaches and you won't even have to look like you're giving attention to it (which the artist giving attention to it, good or bad, will unfortunately cause encouragement) that can be stopped n corrected fairly quick

Then overtime word will go around that the said artist concerts don't play around to that thing which will kill it altogether minus the occasional darer that will get reminded
