Agreed I love 4:44 but the mix man! Hahaha. That s*** will pass for that kinda album where Hov is rapping over record loops but on this kinda album, mix is going to be very important.

i was just pointing out that like half of the donda features are guys kanye barely knows at all, he has minimal connections with them and the only reason to put them on the album is because they are popular w the youth rn. feels like he's putting popularity and what he likes in modern rap over what would actually sound good on an album of organ beats.

The reason this news is so bad is because Mike is literally ALL over Donda , the album as we know it today. His synths, guitars, production credits...he's on damn near the whole album if not every track

Havent heard Nasir in a looong time. 3/5 of the Wyoming albums sounded like they were cooked in the time span of a month. I dont mind the mixing either that much. You can only tell when you listen with headphones or in a really quiet setting.

Mike Dean didn't show up until the week of the first listening party, album existed without him albeit obviously more unfinished
