I’d say at the top of my head current material mostly resolves around what the third sets up
But the first I would say is the best (directed by Brian De Palma who did Scarface fyi)
The second is def the less important one iirc regarding the whole arc, it’s prolly the weakest too but in an hilarious way, like so bad it’s good l, ultra over the top action and plot s***
I’d say it’s the bonus movie of the franchise to check out lmao
yeah I would say easily gotta watch them all except 2, like 7 and 8 are bringing back a key support character from the OG movie so McQuarrie is definitely being super deliberate about the connections

At least they know directors. I used to date a b**** in film school and her and her whole class were f***ing ed and knew less than me despite not studying film
It's crazy how many people don't care about directors and will blindly go to the movies without knowing what to expect.

true, i just think they're being a bit ignorant when it comes to cinema. especially franchises. just cause it's the 6th film, doesn't mean its bad. they're arguments are usually based on how bad the series has gotten since there are so many. plus cruise's image in the public too. only if they knew....
