protein actually the least worrisome thing. I like beans, brocoli and more. Whats tough is b12, iron, zinc or overall calories. My appetite fluctuates and some days I do consider cheese or going back to meat but was vegan for 4 years before pandemic . Overall best for stomach so trying to get back

I could prolly do all veggies as long as I could still use cheese pasta and rice
