Something mid extreme?

people always used to say this was so good because it was so realistic but its not realistic at all still enjoyable but it gets quite silly

I'm at the end of season 4 of my rewatch. Rewatching while fastforwarding a the boring Marie and walts family stuff and strictly watching the meat and potatoes been rewarding af

I see that sentiment a lot about the family stuff being boring.. but idk I quite like it, especially in the earlier seasons.

On first watch sure, on second watch I'm good on that

season 3-5 is just amazing television. So many great acting performances on this show.

I watched Breaking Bad when it aired but still haven't seen Better Call Saul. I'm generally against prequels but the hype behind BCS is too much to ignore.

BCS is like a class on everything that makes a good prequel

Prequels usually miss the point as to why the original was a success, or they add inconsistencies and BCS absolutely does not do either of those

A lot of people, probably the majority of Breaking Bad fans, are/were skeptical of BCS just cause the original is phenomenal, but Better Call Saul lives up. It's arguably better, but I wouldn't take it that far

facts marie and skylar are annoying af. they didnt learn how to write women until bcs

There are certain parts you shouldn’t marathon and should take a day off to digest

definitely after half measures, crawl space, face off, one minute, say my name, abq, blood money honestly having those episodes to just sit with and think about feels necessary

Yeah when I hear people watched a whole season or 3 episodes in a sitting any time after season 2 I’m like ughh cause so many that watched on Netflix truly don’t understand how crazy was to wait a week month or year after certain episodes . Digestion . Discussion and having time to think “ wtf is gonna happen next “ matters on some shows . As much as I love instantly streaming

This will be how you feel through most of the show. Always hard to put it down

BCS doesn’t just ride on prequel laurels. Sure, it ties things together with BB, but it stands on its own right. Incredible show and arguments can be made that it’s better than BB in some regards
